Massage Therapy Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. As a courtesy to both our therapists and other clients, we require advanced notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full cost of the scheduled service at the therapist's discretion.

• We understand that emergencies happen. While we strive to be fair and compassionate, frequent or repeated last-minute cancellations may result in full charges being consistently applied.

No-Show Policy

• Missed appointments with no notice (No-Shows) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost with no exceptions.
